Our services are offered in office, telehealth and in your home. For all in home sessions, there is a travel fee (this will range from $25-$100 fee depending on distance from the provider seeing you). To schedule an appointment please go to PracticeQ for available day and times and please send a text to let us now you made an appointment. If everything is booked or you need a different time, please reach out to us to see how we can accommodate an appointment.
Cancellation Policy. We ask that you please not cancel your appointment once booked. We reserve that time for you and may have turned away another family needing help. If you need to cancel please make sure it is 24 hours in advance. If not there will be a $150 cancelation fee (this will be charged to your credit card on file) unless you reschedule and pay in full at the time of scheduling.
Payment. Full payment is required before session and a credit card number is required upon making appointment. You can do this via venmo at alizaBFsupport, or paypal (friends and family only)/Zelle at aliza@latchontome.com. Once you book an appointment that slot is now reserved for your family.
We are in network with Aetna and for all other insurances, we are pleased to bill insurance on your behalf if you would like to avoid the hassle for a $15 fee! If and when insurance pays the claim, we will gladly refund fees per the terms of your insurance contract (eg minus co-pay and co-insurance). Insurance reimbursement depends on your plan, your deductible, and the contracted reimbursement rate for out of network consultations. Please note that payment is still required before the session. Reimbursement for private pay clients is not guaranteed. You are fully responsible for the out of pocket fee regardless of how much insurance ends up reimbursing you.

According to the ACA https://www.nwlc.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/final_nwlcbreastfeedingtoolkit2014_edit.pdf breastfeeding should be covered. When calling your insurance company please give them the following information for a gap exception (when there are no providers in network):

Prompt pay at time of service. Sessions run from 60-90min. If they run longer there are additional fees or we can reschedule a follow up at the end of the session. Office has a travel fee. Fees are as follows:

All appointments have follow up of 1 week via phone, text or email. After that another consultation will be needed either in person, telehealth or by phone.

In Office
16 Old Brookside Road, Suite 7 Randolph in the Whole Health PT office. around the back of the building. Plenty of parking spots.
Weight checks are available in office for established clients only who would like to check baby’s weight and possibly adjust the original care plan. Please understand that this will not be a feeding assessment. $50 for :30min.
Additional time over the 1.5 hours is billed at $50/half hour. This includes overages for complicated cases. The travel fee is not billable to insurance. Parking fees and any parking tickets will be added and will not be a part of the insurance reimbursement.
Flange fitting/Pump Session
1 hour session- $250 in home or in office
1 hour session- $200 telehealth
Therapeutic Breast Massage
For breast heath, to help resolve clogged ducts, blebs, mastitis
$75 for a 30 minute session. Anything longer will have an additional $20/15 min. over
Prenatal Breastfeeding classes
$200/couple for a private class at your home.
$175/couple for a private class in my location.
$150/couple for a group class (4+ partners) at my location or a virtual class via computer.
Gift Certificates are also available.
Doula Services
Includes 2 prenatal visits to discuss birth plan and cover any questions. Attend the birth and a follow up visit to see how things are going.
$1,500 (adjustments could be made if only wanting a la cart)
Sliding scale rates available for WIC and Medicaid clients. Contact Aliza to discuss.
